• Real name
• Your registered mobile phone number
• Your new mobile phone number
• Email registered with VCC Exchange
3. Attachments:
Attach in the email or paste a link to a good quality video (.mp4) that records you writing “VCC + (request date)” on a white paper, holding it with an official identity document of yours such as: ID, Passport, Driving License...
In the video, your face and writing must be clear and the type of the official document must be detectable. See the sample:
