For the last step, if you wish to increase your maximum withdrawal limit or using OTC portal, simply choose Yes and fill in the boxes then submit
After submitting the documents, our Compliance Department shall review the documents of your profile.
Within 48 working hours since your submission, we shall contact you through email to announce that you are successfully upgraded to a new tier or that there is any missing information or documents that need further verification. You can also view the reason why you were rejected by check on the note near your status.
