For system boosting, we shall pause the function to withdraw crypto from 7h30 a.m (GMT) of 2nd, May, 2020 to 8h a.m (GMT) of 6th, May, 2020.
What VCC's users might expect during this maintenance:
- Crypto deposits and withdrawals shall not be able to perform, your current withdrawals with pending status shall stay the same until the system backs to normal from 7h30 a.m (GMT) of 2nd, May, 2020 to 8h a.m (GMT) of 6th, May, 2020.
- Crypto trading (except for RET/BTC) is working as normal.
- VND and RET/BTC orders with waiting status shall be automatically all canceled during this time.
- This is for crypto withdrawal only, VND withdrawal is working as normal.
