Note: VCC Exchange constructed a KYC system with experts that shall deny any fraud suspect.
If you get rejected the third time, your ability to apply for KYC shall be temporarily locked. In order to unlock, kindly create a ticket for this issue.
KYC can only be conducted on Laptop
Access to VCC Exchange's website at: https://vcc.exchange (Kindly note that KYC process can only be conducted on laptop.)
1. Log in to your account:
2. After login, click on the profile icon on the right
3. On the account page, click on the submit Verification documents
Here you can also view your current KYC status
4. Fill in and upload missing information and documents
Note: if you are not sure about the expire date of your ID, simply choose N/A
For the last step, if you do not need to increase your maximum withdrawal limit or deposit/withdraw VND, simply choose No and submit
If you do not need to increase your maximum withdrawal limit or deposit/withdraw VND, simply choose Yes and fill in the boxes then submit
After submitting the documents, our Compliance department shall examine the documents to review your profile.
Within 24 working hours since you submit, we shall contact you via email to announce whether you have successfully been upgraded to a new tier or there are missing information or documents need verifying. And you can also view the reason you were rejected by check on the note near your status.
