- If your order has not been executed:
- Please check the price of the open order and verify whether it has matched the counterparty (bid/ask) price and volume or not.
- If you would like to expedite the order, you can consider canceling the open order and submit a new one with a more competitive price.
- If you cannot cancel the order, or coins have not been credited in your account, etc. please notify us via our contact page and provide:
- A screenshot of the error;
- A screenshot of the order;
We will work to identify and solve the underlying issue, so you have a consistent and error-free VCC Exchange experience. Please keep in mind that we will give higher priority to tickets with error screenshots.
