Please following the below procedures kindly.
1. Verify the registered email account and ensure it is correct.
2. Check your spam or junk email filter to make sure that emails coming from VCC Exchange aren't being placed in this folder. If they are, add the @vcc.exchange email domain to your email account's safe senders list.
3. Whitelist VCC email in your email server, please refer to: https://support.vcc.exchange/hc/en-us/articles/360016524093
4. Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ensure that they aren't blocking email traffic coming from VCC Exchange.
5. It is recommended to use Gmail, Outlook and QQ email service.
