VCC deposit/withdrawal orders are deployed automatically; please ensure you provide the correct information for our system. In case of error:
- For incorrect deposit orders including wrong amount, wrong code: please contact our customer support team for guidance
- If you deposit to a wrong bank account which does not belong to VCC, please contact your bank for assistance.
- If your deposit amount is smaller than the amount VCC credit to your account, you have the obligation to return any excess amount to VCC or VCC can take back the money by deducting your VND or any wallets on the exchange. Moreover, VCC can temporarily block your account to implement correction.
- If you provide wrong withdrawal account, we’re ineligible to interfere due to the security policy of the bank. In that case, please use any other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your funds.
If you have suffered any loss as a result of the incorrect information you provide, we will not be responsible or compensate.
